Have you ever asked yourself, “What kind of woman am I?”
Most of us have. And depending on the season we’re in, the answer can look different — but the same faithful God meets us there.
In the season my brother passed away, I found myself wrestling with that question all over again. I had to rediscover who I was, not only as a woman who serves and leads, but as a daughter, and as a sister who now had to learn how to live without her brother.
I pray this moment of encouragement meets you right where you are and that God uses it to strengthen your heart today.
The ministry of Paul is remarkable. As he traveled and taught, his words often confronted the ordinary rhythms of everyday life, calling believers to something deeper. And even now, centuries later, those same exhortations still speak powerfully to us in our present moment.
While ministering at the live virtual anniversary event for The Women Becoming, Talia had the privilege of encouraging women to reflect not only on the milestone of the ministry and where God was leading it next, but also on what God was doing in their own lives.
Echoing the words of Paul, she reminded listeners to live as a living sacrifice, recognizing that the grace and mercy we have received, because of Jesus, were never meant to be taken lightly.
May this moment encourage you as you prayerfully consider and draw your own awareness to where you are and where God may be calling you next.
